THE ROLE
As Head of Strategy & Execution, you are the analytical and delivery engine behind the MD's agenda: sharpen the questions that matter most, build the analysis to answer them, and turn agreed decisions into initiatives that land on time across the business. You'll sit at the center of everything — close to the MD, across every function, and in the room where the Egypt story gets written.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Decision Support & Analysis
- Structure complex, high-priority problems and develop decision-ready options and recommendations for the MD and leadership team.
- Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses that inform market-entry, expansion, pricing, and investment decisions.
- Prepare board- and HQ-quality materials, equipping the MD with the analysis needed for senior internal and external engagements.
- Support the MD in translating HQ's regional strategy into a clear Egypt operating plan and set of priorities.
Initiative Delivery & Program Management
- Translate agreed priorities into a structured portfolio of initiatives with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate and drive execution across Commercial, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and People — ensuring the leadership team's decisions are delivered, not just agreed.
- Establish and run the operating cadence — preparing and facilitating leadership reviews, tracking milestones, and surfacing risks and blockers early.
Business Intelligence & Insight
- Maintain a live read on market, competitor, and regulatory developments and flag implications for the plan.
- Build and maintain the analytical backbone for recurring MD and HQ reporting.
WHO YOU ARE
- 4–7 years in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, investment, or a comparable high-performance analytical role; retail, e-commerce, or consumer experience is a strong plus.
- A rare blend of sharp strategic thinker and hands-on operator — as energized by driving delivery to real-world impact as by shaping the plan. Pure deck-builders need not apply.
- Ambitious and impatient in the best way: you want a challenge, you move fast, and you'd rather build something than maintain it.
- Advanced financial modeling and structured problem-solving skills — you can turn a blank page into a clear, defensible answer.
- Thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership by default — a genuine self-starter who runs toward the hard problems in a build-from-scratch environment.
- Fluent English & Spoken Arabic.
