Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong 3D visualization skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in producing high-quality designs, preparing execution drawings, and managing multiple projects, particularly within luxury projects. This role requires a strong understanding of finishing details and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior design concepts and high-quality 3D visualizations
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and execution drawings
- Produce realistic renderings using industry-standard software
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate implementation of design details
- Review and ensure compliance with project specifications and finishing standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Participate in site visits and provide support during execution phases when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software (V-Ray, 3ds Max, Revit)
- Strong skills in realistic rendering
- Ability to prepare shop drawings / execution drawings
- Strong understanding of execution details and finishing works
- Experience in site execution or supervision is preferred
- Proficient in English
- Experience working on Luxury Projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
