We are currently looking for a polished, detail-oriented, and highly responsive Customer Relations Officer to manage our international inquiries and booking logistics remotely from Egypt.


  • The Role: At Souira Yachts, you are more than a representative; you are a digital concierge for high-net-worth individuals. You will handle the entire lifecycle of a client’s journey—from the first WhatsApp inquiry to the final post-charter follow-up. This role requires a blend of sales flair, hospitality heart, and logistical precision.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Conversion: Manage and respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media for Souira Yachts, focusing on high-conversion "consultative selling."
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate between guests and our captains to finalize guest lists, catering requirements, and custom itineraries.
  • CRM & Scheduling: Maintain an organized database of bookings and client preferences to ensure every Souira Yachts charter is executed perfectly.
  • Real-Time Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for live issues, such as weather-related rescheduling or last-minute catering changes.
  • Brand Advocacy: Proactively follow up with guests after their trip to secure 5-star reviews and build long-term loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 4 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience handling customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and remote communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
