Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our IFS O&M Support team for a governmental project with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) in Bahrain. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing IFS systems while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
This role requires relocation to Bahrain and on-site engagement within a government environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and maintenance (O&M) support for IFS applications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and patches
- Prepare functional documentation, reports, and system specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system stability and performance
- Ensure compliance with governmental standards, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably with IFS applications
- Strong understanding of O&M support processes
- Experience working on large-scale or government projects is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured, regulated environment
