Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and service levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Oversee the evaluation and selection of vendors, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards in procurement activities.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing procurement and supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Alkharj, Saudi Arabia.
