Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and service levels.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliability and compliance.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and align procurement activities with business objectives.
Oversee the evaluation and selection of vendors, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and supply chain performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards in procurement activities.
Lead or support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven track record in managing procurement and supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work onsite in Alkharj, Saudi Arabia.
