Senior Finance Functional Consultant (Domain Expert)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Finance Functional Consultant with deep domain expertise to support government projects. The candidate will act as a subject-matter expert in finance processes, providing guidance, functional design, and support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a finance domain expert for Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, etc.).
- Analyze, design, and configure finance processes to meet government/MOF project requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration, testing, and deployment of finance solutions.
- Provide functional support during project lifecycle, including workshops, UAT, and post-go-live.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and accounting standards.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
- Deep understanding of finance processes in government/MOF contexts.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and support.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and provide guidance to junior staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in large-scale government finance projects.
- Oracle EBS Finance certification or relevant finance domain certification.
