Title: Sales Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Train and support sales staff on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates.
- Oversee customer interactions (calls, inquiries, follow-ups) to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate booking, documentation, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with Marketing to align promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Analyze sales reports, trends, and team KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales; experience in travel, holidays, ticketing, or hotels is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel products (holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations).
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or team supervision role.
- Solid B2B sales approach; experience working with travel agents is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans.
- Target-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
