Sales Executive - Travel Agency

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily sales operations and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Close sales deals and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client base.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and conduct regular follow-ups with clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closed deals in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of online sales experience, preferably in company setup, notary sales, or related services.

  • Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (additional languages are an advantage).

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales KPIs.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary + commission
