Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' business needs and challenges.
- Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and position our services as solutions.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to optimize outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Strong research skills to identify target markets and sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Understanding of the Outsourcing and Offshoring industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
