Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures.
Document and analyze test results accurately, reporting any deviations or non-conformities to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and support process improvements.
Ensure all laboratory activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes and testing methods.
Assist in the validation and implementation of new testing methods and technologies.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality control laboratory environment.
Strong understanding of laboratory testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
