Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Partnership Manager to build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships across the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales or partnerships, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with key organizations, resellers, distributors, and technology partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and long-term collaboration.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities through partner networks and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support partner enablement and successful go-to-market initiatives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial commercial terms.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Represent the company in virtual meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities across the GCC region.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the SaaS industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience managing partnerships in the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English is required (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
