Key Responsibilities
This role is structured into three core pillars:
1. UAE PRO & Compliance (Low-frequency tasks)
(25% of workload – predictable cycles)
- Visa & Emirates ID renewals
- Medical insurance coordination
- Freezone licence renewals
- Corporate tax submissions (quarterly + annual)
- Compliance schedules & reminders
2. Operations & HR Admin (As-needed)
(20–25% of workload)
- Staff onboarding (email setup, access, documentation)
- Annual leave & sick leave tracking
- HR administration tasks
- Maintaining structured internal documentation
3. Data, Analytics & Reporting (Primary Day-to-Day Work)
(50% of workload — main focus)
Daily
- Updating Excel/Google Sheets trackers
- Reviewing Mixpanel dashboards
- Checking App Store / Play Store performance
- Monitoring crash logs
- Tracking Meta/TikTok ad compliance
- Summarising data trends for leadership
Weekly/Monthly
- Market / City Cheat Sheets
- Performance reports and summaries
- Data tables, charts, and insights
- Board-ready presentation slides
- Cleaning and organising data for product, marketing, and leadership
Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets / Charts
- Strong English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical ability
- High attention to detail
- Experience with operations, PRO tasks, or compliance workflows
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to learn new dashboards quickly
Preferred:
- Experience working in a tech startup or scale-up
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, App Store Connect, Google Play Console
- Experience preparing leadership presentations or structured reporting
- Exposure to Meta/TikTok ad compliance or digital tools
