Job Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Production Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the aluminum industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automated production machinery and be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, machine performance, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and optimize aluminium production processes.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated production machines.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in case of machine breakdowns.
- Read and interpret machine manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in aluminum manufacturing or production environments.
- Experience working with machine automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and machine documentation.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with aluminum shutters or related products is considered a plus.
