We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies for a dynamic marketing agency in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing client accounts, overseeing campaign execution, driving digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends in KSA
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for client portfolios across multiple industries
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Manage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid media)
- Oversee content strategy and development aligned with brand positioning and audience insights
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems
- Collaborate with creative, media buying, and account management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for marketing strategy discussions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the Saudi market
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization
- Stay updated on marketing trends, digital innovations, and KSA market dynamics
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management
- Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Experience in the Saudi/GCC market is highly preferred
