Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will lead digital campaigns, manage the marketing team, and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team and external agencies or freelancers.
- Oversee content strategy to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on advertising spend.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of Experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, analytics).
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
