Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Content Ideation: Generate original concepts for campaigns, short videos, reels, social posts, travel series, and interactive digital programs tailored to the Iraqi market.
- Strategy & Planning: Research trends, brainstorm creative ideas, and plan content around the brand strategy and seasonal campaigns.
- Content Production: Script, shoot, edit, and design content (video, photography, graphics) or supervise production.
- Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to DMs, and foster community interaction.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and audience behavior to adapt content effectively.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing Manager, Media Buyer, and Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive campaigns and messaging.
- Performance Tracking: Measure engagement, reach, and conversions to refine future content strategies.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media production, or digital campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi audience preferences and travel behavior.
- Highly creative with ability to develop new content concepts and travel-focused digital programs.
- Basic production skills (video shooting, editing, photography).
- Arabic fluency required (Iraqi dialect preferred).
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
