We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7 years of experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination within the construction/engineering field. This role will be responsible for overseeing onsite activities, ensuring project quality, timelines, and adherence to safety standards.
Supervise and manage all onsite construction activities to ensure project progress according to the approved plans and schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure implementation in compliance with project requirements.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Assist in resolving technical issues and proposing solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
Monitor material usage, site resources, and ensure cost control measures are followed.
Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders regarding project updates.
Ensure all work is conducted in line with Saudi building codes and company standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3–7 years of proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project execution processes.
Experience with site coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
Previous GCC or Saudi Arabia experience (added advantage).
Familiarity with local regulations and standards.
Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
