Chief Accountant | Travel and Tourism

Key Responsibilities

• Establish accounting systems aligned with Egyptian regulations and global company standards.
• Oversee all accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, bank transactions, and monthly closings.
• Prepare and file tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT), and liaise with tax authorities.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting to the Global Finance Team.
• Track and report on project costs and expenditures.
• Coordinate with auditors, financial consultants, and banking partners as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience within Travel and Tourism industry is a plus.
