Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our growing Food and Beverage (F&B) chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry, demonstrating strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sustainable growth. This role involves overseeing all aspects of our business operations, setting strategic goals, and ensuring we maintain our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the chain’s growth and expansion, including market analysis, business development, and brand positioning.
- Operations Improvement: Work with the Operations team to enhance operational efficiency — optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving service quality, without being involved in day-to-day operations.
- Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure growth and financial health.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing management team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the brand’s representative to customers, investors, business partners, and the public. Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Innovation & Quality Assurance: Drive innovation in menu design, service delivery, and customer experience. Maintain high standards of product quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Brand & Marketing Strategy: Oversee brand positioning and marketing efforts. Guide promotional activities and public relations to boost visibility and reputation.
- KPI Setting: Establish and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) across departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Regularly review and adapt KPIs based on business needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years in a leadership role within the F&B industry, with multi-unit operations experience.
- At least 3 years in a CEO or equivalent senior executive role in F&B, with demonstrable success.
- Skills:
- Strong financial/business acumen with experience in strategic planning and business development
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
